提到员工持股公司，许多人会想到手工奶酪店或有机咖啡馆。但是，在美国，有6,000家公司都由员工部分或全部持股，它们规模各异，有小型公司也有大型上市公司。在本期“美元与变革”播客节目中，沃顿商学院管理学教授Katherine Klein与Corey Rosen进行了对话，解读员工持股的含义（它既不是要求员工买股票，也不是单纯地允许员工买股票）。
