Founder, Good to Nature

Yangjie Zheng (JoJo) is the Founder of Good to Nature. As a cross-border serial entrepreneur, she ventured into luxury travel, SaaS companies, and art after graduation from Tongji University (China). When she encountered the rainforest in 2020, she chose to devote herself to ecosystem restoration and protection. Good to Nature, founded by her, dedicated to advancing ecological restoration and conservation through social power, with the mission of empowering the public to naturally be good to nature. Drawing on her practical experience in the Xishuangbanna rainforest restoration projects, Yangjie proposed the ‘3-Approach Synergy Eco-Restoration Solution’ and the ‘25 Ecos’ nature perspective. These innovations offer a novel methodology for sustainable ecosystem restoration and nature awareness, supporting over 200 global projects.

Under her leadership, Good to Nature has become the ‘Actor’ Partner from China for the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (UN Decade), and global partner of World Economic Forum’s UpLink innovation platform and Youth Hub.

She also led her team in developing a scientific and structured the “Eco Map”, which visualise the root causes of global ecological crises an links them to actionable, cross-sector solutions. By illustrating the interactions between various industries and ecosystems, the map reveals pathways for ecological transformation and opportunities for collaboration. It empowers the public, businesses, financial institutions, and communities to engage collectively in co-creating a nature-positive and climate-resilient future.

Building on this work, JoJo founded the 25 Ecos brand, centered on IUCN’s 25 global biomes. Through art, education, tourism, and lifestyle experiences, 25 Ecos translates ecosystem services into interactive, consumer-friendly formats—helping brands tell authentic ESG stories and achieve both ecological and commercial impact. In 2023, by applying the “Rainforest Eco” perspective from the “25 Ecos”, Good to Nature has successfully launched the Good to Nature Festival campaign, ultimately reaching 93.8 million people in 77 countries worldwide.

In addition, JoJo serves as Vice-Secretary General of the Sprinkles Charity Foundation in Hong Kong—founded by green finance experts like Dr. Ma Jun—where she oversees eco-animation development and fundraising, further advancing environmental education and green development.
