继“Fit for 55”一揽子计划和随后的“REPowerEU”能源计划之后,欧盟正在迅速推行政策措施,加快可再生氢的生产和使用,使其成为全球氢经济竞赛的领跑者之一。
Noam is a Platform Curator on Energy at the World Economic Forum, currently working on accelerating the Energy transition with a focus on clean hydrogen. Noam has spent more than 10 years in climate and energy, holding positions at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2009-2014) working on international climate negotiations; at TOTAL (2014-2016) as a senior climate and energy advisor, where he was involved with the preparation of COP21 and the creation of the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI); with the World Economic Forum, as a Project Lead on Climate Change Initiatives (2016-2018), and since 2019, as a Lead with the Energy, Materials and Infrastructure Platform.
Noam holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Science-Po), Strasbourg, France and an MSc in International Political Economy, London School of Economics and Political Science.
