Bridget Fawcett is the Global Head of Strategy for Citi's Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory business, where she is responsible for global strategy, client engagement and business development efforts. Bridget is a member of BCMA’s Executive Committee, Citi's Institutional Global Client Committee and is actively engaged in Citi’s gender equity and inclusion initiatives. Bridget is co-Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on the Future of Financial and Monetary Systems.

Prior to her current role, Bridget was the Chief Financial Officer for Corporate and Investment Banking, where she focused on re-engineering the global business post the financial crisis and establishing client-driven financial and performance metrics. She also headed the Client Strategy Group and was responsible for client strategy and innovation efforts. Prior to these roles, she was an Investment Banker in Citi's Real Estate Group for ten years.

Bridget is actively involved in various non-profit organizations. She is an Industry Advisory Director for Advanced Projects & Applied Research in Fintech (APAR) at Columbia Business School. Bridget also serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Paul’s School, the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) and is a Trustee Emeritus of the Berkshire Theatre Festival. Bridget is a member of the steering committee for the Dartmouth College Fund and serves as co-chair of Dartmouth’s Centennial Circle of Alumnae. Bridget leads Yale’s Parent Leadership Council for the Class of 2022, and was a founding co-chair of Phillips Academy Andover’s Parent Advancement Council.

Bridget received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in Russian Language. Bridget resides in New York City with her husband and their two children, Elisabeth and Rudd.
