It outlines ways to manage the risks involved in financial innovations, to ensure the financial system continues to be a source of growth, job creation and development, thus contributing to a prosperous economy and society.The recommendations outlined in the report – which were developed with the support of regulators, economists, academics, leaders from financial unions and other stakeholders – are designed to be an important step in the process of earning back public trust in the financial system.
