Written in collaboration with Oliver Wyman, Nature Positive: Corporate Assessment Guide for Financial Institutions supports financial institutions with the information needed to capitalize on emerging nature opportunities and avert nature risks using data available today. This publication urges financial institutions to proactively assess company efforts to align their strategies with nature-positive goals. It provides 11 indicators that institutions can integrate into their portfolio assessments in order to mainstream nature in financial decision-making.
By applying the indicators, financial institutions and their portfolio companies can contribute to the goals of increasing public and private funding in nature and halting and reversing nature loss by 2030.
