Growing Cyber Talent Through Public–Private Partnerships

The Growing Cyber Talent Through Public–Private Partnerships white paper aims to highlight the benefits of PPPs to both sectors, including financial sustainability, market access and infrastructure for cybersecurity education.
Also discussed is the need to address important challenges that can hinder the effectiveness of PPPs, including limited awareness of local needs, cultural differences and difficulties in aligning long-term goals. To overcome these challenges, the paper outlines three foundations for successful PPPs: engaging the right stakeholders through transparent collaboration; delivering tangible outcomes such as training centres and structured training programmes; and ensuring strong project management with demand assessments, clear roles and performance metrics.
