Saudi Arabia stands at the threshold of defining its role in the global Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) landscape, shifting from concept to implementation. Yet scaling the industry requires more than technology, it requires coordination, shared learning and collaboration.

Drawing on community workshops, stakeholder insights and lessons from early pilots, Deployment Pathways for Advanced Air Mobility: Lessons from Early Implementation in Saudi Arabia identifies that the barriers to adoption are largely non-technical. It proposes a neutral community-led model to capture operation learnings, facilitate data and knowledge exchange and align commercial incentives with national priorities.

By embedding collaboration and transparency into the ecosystem’s design, Saudi Arabia can convert early pilot successes and early achievements into a coherent scalable framework, which can help position the Kingdom as a reference point for emerging markets and reinforcing Vision 2030’s ambition for sustainable, connected and future-ready mobility.
