The international trade and investment system continues to face systemic pressures. The Global Future Council on International Trade and Investment will unpack key sources of commercial friction, and propose related solutions. It will also explore far-reaching policy upgrades, in order to ensure that trade properly responds to the realities of digitalization, environmental sustainability, and economic inequality.
