Caroline Casey At Davos 2023: ‘The unexpected death of my father was a turning point’

At Davos 2023, Caroline Casey, a social entrepreneur and the founder of The Valuable 500, shared the story behind the inception of her initiative. She said, “There was a personal turning point to make The Valuable 500 happen. And it was the unexpected death of my father. And that does make you examine, well, what am I here for? But the professional reason was, when my father died, I'd been working in this space for 16 years and still disability lay on the sidelines. Still, we saw companies who were 90% of them claiming to have a comprehensive view of inclusion, only 4% disability. Watch the video to learn more about what Caroline Casey shared with Radio Davos at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting this year.
