Dr. Fantaye is a co-founder of the 10 Academy startup (10academy.org), which thrives to solve the data science skill-mismatch problem in Africa. 10 Academy has built a data driven platform to upskill and connect the top 2% of young African talent to data science positions at leading organisations.
