Wouter Durville is a seasoned (social) entrepreneur. After a career as a consultant at Bain & Company and manager at Heineken in Mexico and Brazil, Wouter decided to switch from corporate life to entrepreneurship. He is the co-founder of TestGorilla, a start-up focused on pre-employment assessments that give applicants an equal, unbiased opportunity. In addition to TestGorilla, Wouter also founded Sukhi (social venture, providing employment to ~200 artisans in developing countries), ONE for ONE (buy-one-give-one social venture) and NL Cares (volunteering organization).
