Tiffany is the CEO & Founder of Diversability, an award-winning social enterprise to re-brand disability through the power of community and the Founder of the Awesome Foundation Disability Chapter, a monthly micro-grant that has awarded $40,500 to 41 disability projects in 8 countries. She currently serves on the San Francisco Mayor's Disability Council, appointed by San Francisco Mayor London Breed, which resulted in the Mayoral proclamation of "Disability Pride Month" in honor of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

She is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper who spoke at Davos in 2018, StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellow, UNLEASH Innovation Lab Sustainable Development Goals Talent, and Climate Reality Leader & mentor (trained by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore). Tiffany has been featured in media outlets such as Marie Claire, the Guardian, Forbes and the Ford Foundation. She was named one of “100 most influential Asian Americans of 2017”, one of “100 visionary leaders” and a “woman of influence” honoree.

Tiffany was formerly at a venture-backed co-living start-up, Sean Diddy Combs’ music network REVOLT TV, and Bloomberg. Tiffany started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, working on over $14 billion of announced transactions. She is a graduate (Hons) of Georgetown University and received her Master's degree from the London School of Economics.
