Taylor is an award-winning advocate and leadership development specialist focused on future-driven leadership, policy innovation, and intergenerational collaboration. She is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Foundations for Tomorrow, a non-profit dedicated to advancing the protection of future generations’ interests in Australia, which recently spearheaded the introduction of the Wellbeing of Future Generations Bill (2025) into Australian Federal Parliament, convenes the Australian Parliamentary Group for Future Generations, and is the chair of the Intergenerational Fairness Coalition. Taylor is also a Managing Consultant for Leading Initiatives Worldwide, is the Australia Focal Lead for Raksha Intelligence Futures, and was an Advisor to the Our Future Agenda initiative of the United Nations Foundation in the lead-up to the UN Summit of the Future. Additionally, she serves as the youngest member of the World Economic Forum's Global Foresight Network Advisory Board, the Executive Leadership Team for the Network of Institutions for Future Generations, and the Global Futures Council on Human Science of Environmental Action.
Taylor’s first book, Future Generations Policy, Governance and Leadership: Ending ‘Policrastination’, comes out in March 2026 and explores how intergenerational thinking and long-term governance can deliver better outcomes.
An accomplished speaker, represented by Saxton Speakers Bureau, Taylor has spoken at international events such as the Dubai Future Forum, the Global Parliamentary Congress and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.
