Sreevas Sahasranamam is a Professor at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. His work focuses on enabling SDG-aligned innovation and entrepreneurship at the intersection of emerging technologies, ecosystems, and policy.
He has contributed to global policy platforms including the G20, serving as Co-Chair of the Startup20 Sustainability Taskforce (India, 2023), Advisor to the ESG Taskforce (Brazil, 2024), and Advisor to the Digital Economy Working Group (South Africa, 2025). He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Advisory Group on Social Entrepreneurship.
Sreevas co-authors the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) Global Report, and his research has shaped national entrepreneurship strategies. His work has been featured in media outlets including BBC, The Times, and The Economic Times. His contributions were recognized with the Management Publication of the Year Award (2024), reflecting his commitment to bridging research, policy, and practice for global impact.
