Shivangi Malhotra is a public policy practitioner in the technology and digital policy domain in India. Through engagements and projects with industry associations, think tanks, and technology companies, she has developed expertise in policy issues related to data protection, artificial intelligence governance and digital public infrastructure.
In her current role at MicroSave Consulting, she leads research initiatives on data exchange systems, digital ID and artificial intelligence. Previously, she worked with an industry association, where she advised government departments on developing digital regulations and led industry capacity-building initiatives for data protection implementation.
