Shiv Chowla is an Economist in the UK Forecast Team of the Monetary Analysis directorate at the Bank of England. He previously worked in the International Economic Analysis Division, where he provided analysis on commodity markets and contributed to the production of the MPC’s International Forecast. Shiv joined the Bank in 2011 after completing an M.Sc. in Economics from the LSE, having previously studied Philosophy, Politics & Economics at the University of Oxford.
