Shane Tomlinson is a senior research fellow at Chatham House where he works on energy, climate and resource governance issues. Shane has written extensively on innovation and technology transfer, low carbon development and EU, US and China relations. Prior to joining Chatham House, Shane worked as director of development at E3G, and as a policy adviser in the prime minister’s Strategy Unit. Shane holds an MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics.
