Finland’s prime minister on why innovation alone can’t tackle the climate crisis

Sanna Marin is the former prime minister of Finland and the former leader of the Finnish Social Democratic Party. Marin made history as the longest-serving female prime minister of Finland, leading a coalition government entirely headed by women. She currently works as a Strategic Counsellor for the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change advising leaders on their reform programs, geopolitics, climate, gender equality, and the impact of emerging technologies.
