Sally A. Paull joined Regeneron in 2016 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to her role at Regeneron, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Inova Health System. Earlier in her career, Ms. Paull held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Forest Laboratories and served in progressively senior human resources roles at DENTSPLY International.
A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Sally brings a wealth of leadership experience to her roles. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
In addition to her professional achievements, Sally is deeply committed to philanthropy and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), a global nonprofit organization dedicated to combating child sexual exploitation, abuse, and the risk of children going missing.
