Saeid Garebaglow is Vice President - Corporate Real Estate, Faithful+Gould, WS Atkins, United Kingdom. Previously, Saeid served as vice president and led institutional project management for the Americas at Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he co-founded REplan LLC, a boutique real estate advisory company. He also worked in global strategic planning at Citigroup. Though, initially, he began his career working in architecture, becoming a registered architect with the state of New York in 1995. By working in such varying roles, he has been able to hone his skills from both the design and planning sides of the industry and develop a unique perspective on the project planning process. As an architect, he sees the potential for design and structure in every opportunity, while his experience as a project manager allows him to execute these visions with cost, schedule and client specifications in mind.
