Sabrina has 5+ years of experience both in the public sector and in civil society, leading projects at a local, national and regional level in Latin America. Sabrina specializes in project management, socio-urban inclusion, citizen participation, monitoring and evaluation, digital transformation and open government.
Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, and a Master´s Degree in International Affairs from Torcuato Di Tella University. She is currently doing a Postgraduate in Management and Control of Public Policies in FLACSO.
