Saad A. Alowayyed serves as the General Manager of Quantum Technologies and Advanced Computing at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in Saudi Arabia. He is also at the helm of the quantum economy project as the project lead for the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution KSA (C4IR KSA). Dr. Alowayyed's academic journey includes earning a PhD in computational science from the University of Amsterdam in 2018, followed by an MBA from Boston University by the end of 2022.
