Mr. Willen is Kearney’s 10th Global Managing Partner, CEO and Chairman. Previously, he was the Managing Director for Kearney in the Middle East and Africa region and a serving member of the firm's executive committee. He was also the global leader of Kearney’s Government & Economic Development Practice.

With 30 years’ industry and consulting experience in the US, Europe and Middle East, Mr. Willen focuses on strategy, organization and cost reduction for both government and private sector organizations. He holds an MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia, an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas, and a BA in Physics from the University of Virginia.
