Reese Wong is an AI strategy and policy professional, social entrepreneur and institution-builder working on how emerging technologies are reshaping work, organisations and human agency.
He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Future26 Fellow in Technology, Media and Communications, and WEF Agenda Contributor, writing on workplace AI, human connection and emerging AI capabilities. He previously served as Curator of the Global Shapers London II Hub and represented the Community at the Forum’s 2026 Annual Meeting of the New Champions.
Reese currently works in Strategy and Consulting at Accenture, focusing on AI adoption and public-sector strategy. Previously, he worked on emerging technology and AI policy across the U.S. Department of State and UK government, including research supporting the UK’s AI Opportunities Action Plan.
He serves as a Youth Advisor on UN Human Rights’ inaugural Youth4Rights Advisory Group, focusing on how AI is reshaping youth agency, participation and rights.
In 2019, Reese founded ISSIA, one of Hong Kong’s largest youth-led nonprofits, scaling it to 500+ volunteers across 80+ schools and 30+ initiatives reaching more than 30,000 people. He later founded Potentia, focused on expanding opportunity for emerging talent.
Reese is a 2024 Diana Award recipient and Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellow. Represented by London Speaker Bureau, he has delivered 150+ talks across universities, conferences and global forums.
He holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
