It is no secret that data from just about everything is being captured, stored, analysed, shared and analysed again.
After spending a year as CTO of SAP SE, Clark is now the chief business officer at SAP and a member of company’s global managing board. As the CBO, Clark directs SAP’s strategic vision. In the CTO role, he has helped to spearhead the management of the SAP HANA and HANA Cloud Platform. Prior to joining SAP, Clark was the corporate vice president of Microsoft’s Data Platform Group, responsible for design and delivery of Microsoft’s data platform products. He also led the development of the transformation of the data platform to the cloud, delivering the first wave of Microsoft Azure’s Data Platform products. Prior to becoming corporate vice president, he held various roles in Microsoft’s development since 1994.
