Piotr Lewandowski is one of the founders of the Institute for Structural Research (IBS) and Chairman of the foundation board by 2009. He is a graduate and Ph.D student in Warsaw School in Economics, and has worked at the Polish Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the UNDP in Poland. In his scientific work he deals with labor economics, public economics and pension economics.
