Paul Kruchoski is a Director at Guidehouse, where he helps government agencies modernize operations and adopt emerging technologies. He previously served as a senior U.S. diplomat and career member of the Senior Executive Service; in his final State Department role he was chief operating officer for public diplomacy, managing a $1.5 billion budget and a 5,000-person global organization. He won the State Department's Sean Smith Award for Innovation in the Use of Technology. He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, an advisory council member at the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue, and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
