Pascal de Buck (°1966) is the driving force behind the Fluxys group and its 1,300 employees. He joined the company in 1995, came on board the management team in 2008 and is CEO and Managing Director of Fluxys Belgium since 2015 and Fluxys Group since 2016. Pascal De Buck studied Law, Industrial Policy, General Management and he also graduated in the IESE Business School’s Global CEO Program.
In addition to chairman of the Board at a number of Fluxys’ subsidiaries, Pascal De Buck is Board Member of ENTSOG (European Network of Transmission Operators for Gas), Board Member of GIIGNL (non -profit organisation for the study and promotion of LNG related activities), Board Member of Synergrid (Federation of gas and power system operators in Belgium) and member of the strategic committee at VBO-FEB (Association of Belgian Enterprises).
