Neeshad is an Environmentalist, Speaker, and policy-oriented social change advocate, best known for his work on environmental and climate change policy in the Gulf and Middle East. His core area of expertise includes analyzing global environmental, sustainability, and climate policies. An active civil society member and has been a prominent presence at international climate summits, especially the UN Climate Summit (COP) since 2015 in various capacities, including the role of non-state actors in climate action. He holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and is based in Doha, Qatar. He was named in the Apolitical’s List of the 100 Most Influential People in Climate Policy in 2019 and 2022 respectively and was awarded ‘Middle East’s Most Creative People in Business 2023 - Saving the Planet’ Category by Fast Company
