I am a lecturer within the School of Management at Massey University. My area of expertise is around workplace bullying and cyberbullying, with a specific focus on nursing. In addition, I am also currently involved in projects around: (i) the nature and extent of workplace violence in New Zealand, (ii) the development of a workplace barometer tool evaluating psychosocial risk, (iii) an assessment of management competencies required for workplace bullying in nursing, (iv) cyberabuse and cyber harassment among New Zealand adults, and (v) entrepreneurship within the healthcare sector.
