His Excellency Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa is a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and the Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT). H.E. also leads the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC), and is Chairman of Etihad Aviation Group, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA), and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Furthermore, H.E. sits on the Board of Directors of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Smart and Autonomous Systems Council (SASC), Etihad Rail, and Abu Dhabi Transport Company (ADTC).
