Miguel A. Rozo is a multilingual policy strategist and social entrepreneur working at the nexus of global governance, climate finance, and innovation. He has served with the World Bank’s Global Environment Facility, Global Affairs Canada, and the United Nations, shaping democracy policy, advancing climate resilience, and strengthening multilateral cooperation across the Global North and South.
As Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Davos Lab campaign, Miguel reached over 2 million people in 150+ countries to co-author the first global, youth-driven recovery agenda presented at Davos. He has spoken at TEDx, alongside UNGA, and the WEF Annual Meeting.
A recent Mid-Career MPA graduate from Harvard Kennedy School, with additional coursework at MIT and Harvard Business School, he brings a decade of leadership experience bridging public policy, civil society, and social innovation.
