Car-free day - and the other 364 days of the year
The car-free day has come a long way since its beginnings in 1956, when Dutch and Belgians abandoned their cars every Sunday to curb the effects of the Suez Crisis.
Mattias Eriksson is the Head of the Core Map Group at HERE. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of the HERE core content business ranging from R&D, via Supply Chain to Product Management and Strategy.
Eriksson has held various senior management roles during his time at HERE, varying from Sales/Business development to Product Management and Operations. Before joining HERE in 2010, he held a variety of Sales, Business Development and Product Management roles for Ericsson, Motorola and Siemens in Asia Pacific. Eriksson started his career in Management Consulting with Arthur D. Little.
Eriksson holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology, a B.Sc. in Marketing and Economics from Lund University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
