Matilda Gennvi is head of Corporate Citizenship, Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility and reports to the vice president head of sustainability and corporate responsibility, Ericsson Group level. As head of Corporate Citenship, Gennvi is responsible for the global programme Ericsson Volunteers, as well as the company´s approach to donations.
Since 1997, Gennvi has worked at Ericsson in various positions. Previously, at the Group level, Gennvi focused on sustainability stakeholder engagement, strategy and reporting. Before that, Gennvi worked with integrating sustainability into Internet of Things (IoT) business e.g. in customer cases, business development and offering reviews. Prior to that, Gennvi was driving Ericsson’s sustainability strategy, including its commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and how information and communication technology accelerates us towards reaching them.
Gennvi has been a member of the Momentum for Change Advisory Panel, led by the UN Climate Change Secretariat, for four years and was also a board member of the Global e-Sustainability Initiative until early 2017. She was also the partner responsible for a seven-year collaboration between UN Habitat and Ericsson.
