Matilda Gennvi is Head of Stakeholder Engagement, Sustainability & Corporate responsibility (CR), and reports to the Head of Sustainability & CR on Ericsson Group level.

She has worked for Ericsson during the last 22 years in various positions in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT), Group Sustainability & Public Affairs, strategy execution and General Manager within Sales & Marketing,

In her role as Head of Stakeholder engagement, Ms Gennvi, leads the unit that is has the responsibility for the Ericsson Sustainability &CR stakeholder engagement, reporting and strategy and targets. In her previous role Ms Gennvi focused on integrating sustainability into IoT business, for example in customer cases, business development and offering reviews. Before working within the IoT business area, Ms Gennvi were driving Ericsson’s sustainability strategy including the company’s commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how Information and Communication Technology (ICT) enables the acceleration of reaching the SDG:s.

Ms Gennvi has been a member of the Momentum for Change Advisory Panel, led by the United Nations Climate Change Secretariat, during four years, as well as until early 2017 board member of the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI).

During the early and mid 1990s Matilda Gennvi worked for Procordia Food AB as Environmental Manager and Head of two production sites.

Ms Gennvi holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management including Environmental management.
