Maria Teresita G. Lacerna is the Legal Advisor of the World Bank Group’s Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice.  She currently leads the Green Building Program in the Philippines. Prior to joining the Bank, she served as Law, Policy and Institutional Development Specialist for the United Nations Office for Projects and Services.
