Marco Francesconi is Professor of Economics at the University of Essex. He is a Research Associate at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (University of Essex) and at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (London), and he is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (London), at the Institute for Study of Labor (Bonn), and at the Centre for Household Income Labour and Demographic economics (Torino).
