Mansoor Aamir is the Cofounder of Oval, where he spearheads the Enterprise Metaverse team, creating immersive technologies that drive social impact at scale.
Mansoor leads Pakistan's National Youth Council, established by the Prime Minister of Pakistan. He also serves as a Youth Advisory Board Member at 1t.org, the WEF's Trillion Trees initiative, where he explores technology applications for environmental sustainability.
As Project Lead of "As Soulful As Possible: Saving Mothers," a hub project of the Karachi Hub, Mansoor confronts Pakistan's systemic health inequality where economic disadvantage drives young women to overcrowded, understaffed hospitals. Understanding that youth face the heaviest burden of preventable maternal mortality, he's developed an AI tool that enables frontline healthcare workers to improve outcomes through early detection of life-threatening conditions for young mothers across Pakistan.
He is also the founder of Your Buddy Community (YBC), a community-driven initiative founded during the pandemic to address mental health issues faced by students. Recognizing the stigma around mental health and the financial barriers to accessing psychological support, YBC leveraged Psychological First Aid as an accessible solution. The initiative has trained 139 students and alumni in Psychological First Aid and supported over 4,000 students experiencing mental health challenges due to stress and uncertainty.
A graduate of LSE and Lahore University of Management Sciences, Mansoor worked at PepsiCo and interned at Nestlé before transitioning to social entrepreneurship. He has served as the Curator of the Global Shapers Karachi Hub in 2024-25.
Mansoor's contributions to social innovation have earned him recognition from global organizations, including the UNFPA Social Innovator Award, Shell LiveWire Award for Technological Innovation, Total Energies' Entrepreneur of the Year, PepsiCo Change the Game Award for Reducing Plastic, and UNDP Pandemic Heroes Award.
