Lukas has worked as a policy researcher alongside governments, development agencies, consultancies, and the World Bank in emerging markets in Asia, Africa, Middle-East, Caribbean and Europe (2017 - 2022). As a researcher and writer, his work has been featured in top international media, including Business Insider, Foreign Policy and Newsweek. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (NWU, 2014) LLM in Commercial Law (University of Cape Town, 2016) and is pursuing an MBA at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School (2023).
