Luca is an Oxford-trained neuroscientist with an MBA and a career in energy tech startups. Her interdisciplinary background bridges science, technology, business and people, to accelerate the energy transition.
She is Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of IONATE, a deep tech innovator building the hardware-software backbone for smart grids and data centres. At IONATE, Luca leads global growth, forging strategic partnerships and expanding the company’s ecosystem. Outside IONATE, she sits on the International Energy Agency's Technology and Innovation Advisory Board and supports female tech entrepreneurs as a Venture Partner at the Tech Bros, an organisation accelerating STEM women in founding startups.
