Lisa Stevens serves as Aon’s Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the People Organization, Marketing & Communications and Public Affairs. She is also a member of the Aon Executive Committee.

Lisa is responsible for our firm’s global brand, marketing and communications strategies; as well as creating, implementing and leading strategies that empower our 60,000 colleagues to fully align with our client-centric Aon United mission. Together, our shared services collaborate to deliver on our colleague experience and provide the support needed to serve our clients.

Since joining Aon in 2018 as Executive Vice President of Aon United Operations leading the Delivering Aon United strategy and adoption, Lisa has held several client- and colleague-facing roles, including CEO of Talent Solutions and most recently, global Chief People Officer.
