Leonardo Canon Rubiano is currently a member of Transport and ICT Global Practice at the World Bank, focusing on the development of sustainable urban mobility projects for the Latin America and the Caribbean region. Leonardo is currently working with the World Bank at the Bogota Country Office, focusing on the Bank's portfolio in Colombia, in particular in transit projects in Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Medellin, Pereira, Sincelejo and Valledupar.
