Leon Molchanovsky leads the cryptographic agility and inventory efforts at HSBC. In this role he brings cryptography perspective to both internal and external activities. He also represents HSBC in the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence of NIST, X9 PKI WG and PQC forum of FS-ISAC. Prior to this role, he worked in multiple projects across the globe in telecommunications, blockchain, smart cities, Industry 4.0 delivering security by design and digital transformation. He holds a MSc in quantum electronics, an MBA degree and speaks multiple languages.
