Lea Weibel oversees the strategy and engagement for partnerships with leading global think tanks across geopolitics, economics, and related policy domains, and supports the Network of Global Future Councils, the Forum’s in-house think tank. In this role, she drives strategic initiatives, enables cross-institutional collaboration, and builds high-impact partnerships. She joined the World Economic Forum in 2022 to work on Strategic Partnerships with leading global companies that help shape the Forum’s industry, regional, and global agendas.
Prior to this, she gained experience across sustainability, strategy, and audit, with a strong focus on greenhouse gas measurement and corporate sustainability initiatives. Lea holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
