Laura Gómez-Mera is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Miami and a short-term consultant with the Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice. She holds a DPhil in Politics and International Relations from Oxford University and a Masters in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics. She has held research fellowships at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Kellogg Institute for International Studies at Notre Dame University.
