I am the Chair of Deloitte US, the largest professional services organization in the United States with more than 170,000 professionals. I assumed this role in June 2023 after serving four years as the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte & Touche LLP, where I was responsible for overseeing the US Audit & Assurance business. I am also a member of Deloitte Global’s Board of Directors and Chair of the Deloitte Foundation.
As the Chair of Deloitte US, I am responsible for leading the board of directors, governing all aspects of the organization. During my tenure as CEO of the Audit & Assurance business, I was instrumental in the launch of Making Accounting Diverse and Equitable (MADE), Deloitte’s $75 million commitment to fueling greater racial and ethnic diversity in the accounting profession.
I frequently speak on topics focused on advancing the profession including modern leadership traits, diversity, equity, and inclusion, the future of work, and tech disruption.
