Kristina Dziekan
Kristina Dziekan is Head of Market Access, Government Affairs and Tender Excellence at Alcon, Europe. In her 20-year career in the life sciences industry, helping to deliver patient access to innovation based on measurable outcomes has been the central theme. With her team and in partnership with scientific communities, patients and payers, she is advancing outcomes based payment and risk share models, pioneered value based procurement approaches and has developed solutions that enable outcomes-based decision making and drive economic value.
Kristina grew up in Germany and lived and worked all across Europe, in South Africa and South East Asia before settling in Switzerland with her family. She is a graduate of Oxford and Johns Hopkins Universities and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
