The number of farmers markets in the US has grown dramatically in recent years, but with an aging population of farmers, who’s supporting this growth? Meet the “new American farmer.”
Kayla is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Journalism and Mass Communication and Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies. She wrote for various news outlets during her college years and worked as a communication specialist for a non-profit dedicated to environmental conservation following graduation.
