Karolina works in the intersection of science, policy and technology. Following stints in New York and China, she has advised public, private and multilateral actors like the United Nations and the Council of Europe on climate and innovation.
She is a founding member of the Stockholm Hub of the Global Shapers Community. After years in the European tech startup scene, Karolina is associated to the Centre for Future Generations and joined Foresight Institute as their Chief Operating Officer in 2025, running $5M in grants and a fellowship program for talents working on responsible technology in bio, nano, neuro, space, and artificial intelligence.
She is committed to making public institutions fit for future, and enabling young talents to do the same.
