Karen Demavivas is Project Lead, Sustainable and Impact Investing Initiatives, and Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum. Prior to this role, she served as Community Lead, Social Engagement - the Americas at the Forum with the regional portfolio of Social Entrepreneurs, Young Global Leaders, and Global Shapers. Karen has been awarded a US Fulbright Fellowship to Thailand, a UNESCO-Fulbright Fellowship at Paris headquarters, and an Executive Master’s Degree in Global Leadership at the World Economic Forum. Her previous employers include the UN Population Fund, UNESCO, the New York Foundation for the Arts, and the Asia-Europe Foundation.
